• Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children.
• No food or drink is allowed inside the play areas.
• Guests must arrive on time and leave promptly at the end of their session. Staying beyond the session time may result in an extra charge.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
• All bookings are non refundable.
• We cannot offer refunds or transfers for missed sessions, late arrivals or change of mind.
• If Mini Villagers Co must cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund.

• Any damage to equipment, furniture, décor or props caused by a guest or child must be paid for.
• Mini Villagers Co is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• You enter and use the venue at your own risk.
• We take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but cannot be held liable for accidents caused by misuse of equipment or failure to supervise children.
