General Admission

General admission tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Requests to change booking dates may be considered at our discretion.

Parties and Private Hire

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure party or private hire bookings. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations may result in the loss of some or all payments made. Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises. Parents or guardians are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and wellbeing of the children in their care.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

All visitors must comply with health and safety instructions provided by staff or displayed on signage. Certain activities may carry inherent risk, and participation is at your own discretion.

We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidance or misuse of equipment.

Photography and video recording may take place within the venue for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the venue, you consent to the use of images where individuals may appear incidentally.
