Miss Rachel Special Event Policy Mini Villagers Co Ticket price £20 per child Maximum 25 children per session Miss Rachel live appearance time approximately 1 hour This is a limited capacity, ticket-only special character event. Tickets and Payment • All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. • Tickets are strictly non refundable and non transferable. • Tickets cannot be moved to another date, time, or session. • No credits will be issued for cancellations or missed sessions. Once booked, your child’s space is reserved exclusively and prevents another child from attending. Performer Disclaimer This is a character inspired appearance. The performer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official Miss Rachel brand. The appearance includes live singing, interactive activities, group games, and photo opportunities. The exact content and song list may vary. Illness Policy To protect children, families, and staff: • Children showing symptoms of contagious illness must not attend. • This includes sickness and diarrhoea, chickenpox, hand foot and mouth, impetigo, conjunctivitis, flu, and similar conditions. If your child cannot attend due to illness, tickets remain non refundable and non transferable. Late Arrival • Late arrivals may miss part of the performance. • The session will not be extended. • No refunds or credits are given for late arrival. Supervision • Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times. • Mini Villagers staff and performers do not provide one to one supervision. Photos and Media • By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for Mini Villagers marketing and social media. • If you do not wish your child to appear in media, please notify staff on arrival. Behaviour • Any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other guests may result in removal from the session without refund.
