A fully styled, stress-free celebration where we take care of every detail from start to finish. Perfect for birthdays, christenings, naming days, and special occasions, our Full Event Planning & Private Hire package allows you to enjoy the day while we create a beautiful and memorable experience for your little one. Cancellation Policy
🎉 Party Terms & Conditions & Party Policy 1. Booking & Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the party date. • Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. ⸻ 2. Party Package & Numbers • The Party Packages includes numbers stated on each service • Additional children are charged at £20 per child. • Maximum guest numbers must not be exceeded for safety reasons. • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the party. • Once numbers are confirmed, they cannot be reduced and no refunds will be given for non-attendance on the day. ⸻ 3. Food & Catering • Parties include children’s hot food or picnic boxes, as selected at booking. • Food choices must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party. • We can accommodate basic dietary requirements with advance notice. • Parents are responsible for informing us of any allergies. • Adult platters are available and must be pre-ordered. Add-Ons & Personalisation • All add-ons must be pre-ordered and are subject to availability. • Prices for add-ons start from the listed price and may vary depending on quantity and personalisation. • Personalised items are non-refundable once ordered. • Personalised party boxes are supplied empty and must be filled by parents. • Bespoke or additional personalised items can be requested and will be quoted separately. ⸻ 5. Character & Entertainment Hire • Mascot, princess, and character hire are subject to availability. • Characters, timings, and performances cannot be changed on the day. • In the unlikely event an entertainer cancels, a suitable replacement or refund for that add-on will be offered. ⸻ 6. Supervision & Behaviour • Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults at all times. • Our staff assist with hosting but do not provide individual childcare. • All children must respect the play village, equipment, and staff. • Any deliberate damage may be charged to the party organiser. ⸻ 7. Party Timing & Overtime Charges • Parties must start and finish at the agreed booked times. • Guests must vacate the party room and play village promptly at the end of the booking. • If a party exceeds the booked time, an additional charge will apply. • Overtime is subject to availability
