Cancellation Policy

Mini Villagers Co – Play Village Policy • The play village is for children aged 0 to 7 years only • Older children are not permitted inside the play village • All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times • Mini Villagers Co is not a childcare service • Sessions are 90 minutes. Late arrivals are not given extended time • The play village must be vacated promptly at the end of your session • Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn at all times • No food or drink is permitted inside the play village • Only Food and drink purchased from us can be consumed • Baby bottles and baby food are permitted • Please use toys and equipment as intended • Deliberate damage or breaking of toys is not permitted and may be charged • Children who are unwell must not attend • Any accidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately • Mini Villagers Co is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings By entering Mini Villagers Co you agree to these rules.
