Cancellation Policy

Mini Villagers Co – Play Village Policy The play village is designed for children aged 0–7 years. Children over the age of 7 are not permitted to enter the play village, even to supervise or play with younger siblings. They are welcome to remain in the café seating area. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Mini Villagers Co is not a childcare service. Stay & Play sessions are 2 hours. Late arrivals are not entitled to additional time. The play village must be vacated promptly at the end of your session. Shoes must be removed before entering the play village. Socks must be worn at all times by anyone entering the play area. No food or drink is permitted inside the play village. Only food and drink purchased at Mini Villagers Co may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of baby bottles and baby food. Most of our toys are manufacturer recommended for children aged 3 years and over. Whilst we have removed small parts wherever reasonably possible, some small components may remain. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring toys are used safely and appropriately for their child's age and ability. Please use all toys and equipment as intended. Deliberate damage to toys, equipment or fixtures may result in a charge for repair or replacement. Children who are unwell must not attend. Any accidents or incidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately. Mini Villagers Co accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone not following these rules to leave the premises without a refund. By entering Mini Villagers Co, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Play Village Policy.
