Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking your Kidchella tickets 🌸 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another Mini Villagers session or event. Please double-check the date and session time before completing your booking. Tickets are required for each participating child. One accompanying adult is included per child. Due to the nature of this special event and pre-booked entertainers, crafts and catering, we are unable to offer refunds for non-attendance, illness or changes of plans. Activities are subject to availability during the event. Please arrive on time to give your child the best opportunity to enjoy everything included. Hair braiding, hair glitter and facial glitter are optional. Parents/carers remain responsible for deciding whether these activities are suitable for their child. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times. Please let a member of the team know about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Mini Villagers reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activities, entertainment or performers where circumstances outside our control require it. Where possible, a suitable alternative will be provided. In the unlikely event that Mini Villagers cancels the event, customers will be offered a transfer or refund.
